Just Info Chitika now supporting all countries

Initially, their ads were only shown to website-visitors who were in the USA and Canada. That list extended a while ago. Now they say that they're available in all countries.
Actually, their post makes it sound like you can sign-up as a publisher no matter what country you are in. But I was signed up while they were still limited to showing ads to USA/Canada visitors, despite not being in those countries.
